ENTRE NOS 2023: A HISPANIC/LATINO PASTORAL GATHERING

The National Plan for Hispanic/Latino Ministry will host a pastor’s gathering for a time of conversation, self care and listening.

The COVID-19 pandemic has disproportionately impacted communities of color, with high death rates and economic stress due to limited healthcare access and loss of wages. The Hispanic/Latino constituency of the United Methodist Church consists of immigrants and generations of Hispanic Americans. Clergy serving these communities experienced burnout, exhaustion, and loss.The denominational schism and disaffiliation of congregations further strained communities of color.

As a response to these realities, the National Plan for Hispanic/Latino Ministry invites you to join “Entre Nos: A Hispanic/Latino Pastoral Gathering” a time for conversation, self-care, and active listening.

The cost of admission for pastors includes hotel expenses and airfare. The only requirement is to arrive before 4:00 PM on Monday 10/30 and leave after 4 PM on Wednesday 11/1.
